We also collect chat session metadata — such as session duration and timestamps — needed to calculate earnings. We do not require or store copies of the content of your private conversations beyond what is needed for safety review and dispute resolution.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account
• To calculate and process M-Pesa payouts to chatters
• To process client subscription payments
• To verify identity and prevent misuse of the platform
• To investigate reports of misconduct, including violations of our disclosure and no-romantic-pretense rules

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with payment processors (for M-Pesa payouts and subscription billing) and with law enforcement where required by Kenyan law.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted storage of payment details. No online platform can guarantee absolute security, and we encourage users to use strong, unique passwords.
